Cancellations within 1 business day of your appointment time, failed attendance, or late arrival (of more than ten minutes) disrupts our ability to provide you and other patients with the high level of service we take pride in offering to all of our patients.
Due to our high demand for appointments with our sought-after clinicians and to assist us to be able to continually care for all patients equally the following applies:
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Where your appointment is cancelled within 1 business day of your appointment time you will be charged a $100 rebooking deposit to rebook. This amount will be allocated to your next appointment and is non-refundable.
- If you cancel again within 1 business notice of your new appointment time or fail to attend the $100 will be invoiced to your account and will not be redeemable or refundable.
FAILURE TO ATTEND AN APPOINTMENT – without notification
- If you fail to attend an appointment, you will be required to pay a $100 fee.
- We offer patients multiple opportunities to confirm appointments through text messages and phone calls. It is your responsibility to inform us if you are unable to attend.
- The Cancellation Policy will apply for all cancellations within 1 business day of your appointment time.
LATE ARRIVAL
- Late arrival of more than ten minutes inhibits our ability to provide you and following patients with the designated time allocated to your treatment.
- It will be at the discretion of the treating provider if you will be able to be seen still or our Failure to Attend Policy will apply.
BOOKING DEPOSIT
For appointments that are 1 hr or longer we require a $100 holding deposit.
This is for ordering materials and allocating staff resources for your appointment. This amount will be redeemable on the day of your appointment.
If you fail to attend or do not reschedule within 2 business days of your appointment, your deposit will become non-redeemable and refundable.
**The Good Dentist reserve the right to request patients who continually cancel appointments at short notice, fail to attend, arrive late or are simply rude to source another service provider.
